Prices are very competitive and start from £194 per month (plus vat) room rate. We don’t charge per desk meaning we’re better value than other serviced offices. We also offer coworking at £25 a day and serviced desks at £165 a month (including broadband). With a serviced desk you have your own dedicated desk in a shared room with 24-hour access.

Our flexible short-term agreement of just 2 months notice is less of a commitment than taking out a long lease over 3 or 5 years. Other benefits include on-site parking as well as 24-hour access and security. All of this means you can focus on what matters most to you – your business.

We have three meeting spaces available for hire, two 6-person rooms, and one 2-person room.

Pay for what you need

We offer landlines as optional so if you don’t want it, you don’t have to pay for it. As we’re buying the services in bulk you’re only paying for a percentage of these costs. Your office would be considerably more pro-rata if you were paying for the space alone.

Workbench has a dedicated fibre link delivering Super High-Speed Broadband which is uncontended to the building. This means the connection is quicker and more secure. Options for 30mbps, 50mbps and 100mbps bandwidth are available so you can choose the package that suits you and your business. You can also upgrade at any time at reasonable rates, as your business requires.

The parking is great, and the location is ideal for transport links, but the thing I love most about Workbench is how private it is. We are so glad we can provide an office space that is not only in an ideal location but also allows for privacy. We want our tenants, and their customers to feel comfortable.
