Serviced Offices
Workbench serviced offices are flexible, hassle-free and affordable, making them the perfect fit for start-ups and smaller-sized companies.
Having a serviced office means you make one simple payment per month for your utility bills, insurance and building maintenance instead of paying each one separately and for an extortionate price. Not only do you get all of this included in your monthly payment, but you will also have access to a kitchen, our meeting rooms, an onsite shower, and 51 free car parking spaces!
The flexibility of our short-term agreements of just 2 months’ notice, allows for more available time to think about other important factors in the preparation process of starting up your own business and is also less of a commitment than a usual long-term lease, which can be anything from a year to five, meaning that in the unlikely event that your business doesn’t work out, you are not tied into an office that you can no longer pay for.
Meeting Rooms
As noted above, when you are a tenant of Workbench, you will have access to our meeting rooms at an additional charge, but that is not to say that if you don’t want to make that jump into renting a serviced office just yet and are therefore not a tenant, that you can’t use our meeting rooms! They are available to hire for a half or full day for those important meetings that are required during the beginning and throughout the growth of your new company!
Virtual Offices
If you would like all the benefits of your business having a central Cardiff location without the need to move offices from your home, you can register with one of our virtual offices!
Having a registered Cardiff address is great if you are a Welsh start-up or even if you just want to expand your business to South Wales, because with it being the Capital City, it will add credibility to your new business.
Our virtual offices come with that additional support you may not even realise you need to begin with, such as mail handling and phone support. You will have a Virtual PA partner who will offer support with forwarding and answering calls, which again allows more time for you to focus on your new company.
As one of our virtual office members, you will also have free access of up to 2 hours to our meeting room per month, with the option to extend if you so wish.
