Our flexible short-term agreement of just 2 months’ notice is less of a commitment than taking out a long lease over 3 or 5 years.

We also love to see our tenants grow and have no problem helping you move from a 2-desk to a 4-desk and beyond when needed.

Cost-effective 

Prices are very competitive and start from £194 per month (plus vat) room rate. We don’t charge per desk, meaning we’re better value than other serviced offices. 

We also offer coworking at £20 a day and serviced desks at £165 a month (including broadband). With a serviced desk, you have your own dedicated desk in a shared room with 24-hour access.

Our shared building offers fantastic opportunities for networking among tenants. With regular events, popular breakout spaces and a great community feel, you have the perfect home for your business where you can build relationships and further your prospects.

Facilities 

Our buildings are all fully equipped with showers, kitchens, toilets, meeting rooms and breakout spaces. 

We currently have two 6-person and one 2-person meeting rooms available to hire, with more coming very soon with the opening of our new building. 

In comparison with a leased office, you may have to pay to have these types of facilities built or not have that option at all.

Building Managers 

We may be biased, but here at Workbench, we think our building managers are second to none!

On top of all our facilities, great costs and flexible contracts, you get the added bonus of one of our building managers taking care of all of your needs. 

They are always on-site to bring your clients to meetings, collect your post, and help with any maintenance issues that may arise.
